Joschka Fischer Diät was a transformative diet and lifestyle change that Joschka Fischer began after his third wife shocked him by leaving him in 1996 after 13 years of marriage.

Joseph Martin Fischer, also known as Joschka Fischer, was the former German Foreign Minister in 1998 to 2005.

He was 5 feet 11 inches at the time and weighed 246 pounds! At 48 years old, he would lose his breath just from walking up one flight of stairs and he started to feel the first symptoms of a heart attack.

He was living a political life of high stress and big meals of wining and dining that were not healthy. He even remembered that at one point, he could not even tuck in his shirt or tie his shoe laces.

He would consume food and wine while meeting with political leaders.

He would eat ham, cheese, eggs, fried potatoes, butter and jam with toast and all of that, just for breakfast as one meal. It was a habit. He would continue with an opulent lunch and a hardy enormous dinner to finish the evening off. All the while, never thinking about counting one calorie.

He began to run six miles a day and ate mostly fruit and just drank mineral water.

He committed to a lifestyle change that transformed him to a new 165 pounds. Just within one year, he lost 81 pounds through this disciplined regiment.

He committed to a  daily routine of exercise, running and light nutritious meals.  He switched his thoughts of “relaxing” after a hard days work by going to the bar for drinks and a meal, and instead to running late in the evening which invigorated him instead.

He worked closely with a personal trainer and chiseled his bloated images of the past.
